RESERVATION

Once you choose the chalet you would like to reserve, we will furnish you with our lease contract for the reservation.
To confirm your reservation, we will ask you to return to us the signed contract, accompanied by a down payment of 33 % of the sum of your stay (if you reserve more than 60 days before your arrival), or, the entirety of the payment (if you reserve less than 60 days before your arrival).
The following documents are required with your lease contract:
- a copy of your passport or your identity card
- a copy of your credit card, on both sides
- your signature to authorize a debit to your card for the secutity deposit (to cover possible deteriorations, taxes and damage)

CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of the signed contract, copies of your identity card (or passport) and credit card, as well as the payment, we will send you a receipt and confirmation of your reservation.
The contract will be binding between the Tenant and the Agency only once the Agency has signed and returned the contract in accordance with our conditions of sale and cancellation.

PAYMENT

We accept bank transfer or credit card for any payment before check-in. We accept American Express.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon arrival we will ask for a security deposit by direct-debit form on your bank card.

CONDITION OF CANCELLATION

- More than 60 days before arrival, the down payment is kept by Evasion Prestige.
- Less than 60 days before arrival, the balance is kept by Evasion Prestige.
